Commissions, without the chaos.

BrickDocket is the workspace for Roblox creators who take commissions. Price every task, track the work, and hand each client one private page that shows exactly where things stand — and exactly what they owe.

Nothing to install. Your data stays in your browser until you choose to back it up.

Why branding matters here

The client page is the product.

Your client never logs into a dashboard. They open one link — usually pasted into a Discord DM — and what they see is the whole impression they get of working with you. So that page wears your name, your colour and your logo, and the preview card under the link shows your project name and your image. Not ours.

One private link each

No account for them, no signup wall. Add a passcode or an expiry date if the work is sensitive, and revoke any link the moment you want it dead.

Worth knowing: the static preview keeps workspace data in this browser. Connect the database described in the deploy notes before sending links to clients on other devices.

Your card under the link

Set the preview image and the text that appears beneath the link when it's pasted in Discord — your commission name, your studio, the balance if you want it there.

Your look, their page

Pick a theme and an accent colour. The client page, the buttons and even the Discord embed stripe follow it. Text contrast is recalculated so nothing turns unreadable.

Money, handled honestly

Every task has a price. The total adds itself up.

There is no box anywhere in BrickDocket where you type a total. That's on purpose — it's what keeps the number your client sees identical to the work you listed.

Price each task

Break the job into tasks and give each one a price. Tick it off when it's done. Your client watches the list fill in.

Mark paid per task

Money arrives in instalments, so payment is tracked per line. Press Mark paid on what's landed; the balance recalculates.

Addons shown, not hidden

Rush fees and extra revision rounds go on as their own lines. A discount or deposit is a negative line, so the client sees the credit too.

Final files gate on payment

Mark a delivery as final and it stays locked on the client page until the balance is cleared. Previews stay visible throughout.

Flexible payment methods

Add PayPal, Stripe, Robux or crypto wallets. USD commissions show the current BTC, ETH, USDC or SOL amount due.

Robux and USD

Each commission has one currency, so nothing gets silently mixed. Outstanding balances are reported per currency.

Frames

Build the page out of blocks.

Build each client page from the sections the project needs, then arrange them in the right order. A quick thumbnail may only need scope and payment, while a longer build can include milestones, files and approvals. Sections can be hidden without deleting their content.

Brief & scope

Keep the agreed scope and requirements in one place.

Tasks & pricing

The priced checklist that drives every total on the page.

Timeline

Set checkpoints so clients can see what is due next.

Files & references

Upload deliverables straight onto the project — 250 MB each, so one big .blend is fine. Or attach a link, which costs nothing.

Approvals & revisions

Request approvals and keep revision rounds visible to both sides.

Private notes

Keep internal notes off the client page.

How it works

From "hey, are you open?" to paid.

1

Log the request

Someone asks for something. Drop it in your requests inbox with the budget they mentioned.

2

Price the tasks

Accept it and break the job into priced tasks. That list is the quote, and it becomes the tracker.

3

Send one link

Mint a private link and paste it to them. They see progress, files and the balance — and can approve or ask for changes.

4

Tick and get paid

Mark tasks done as you go and paid as money lands. Final files unlock themselves when the balance hits zero.

Notifications that actually fire

Know the moment something moves.

Point BrickDocket at a Discord webhook and an ntfy topic, then choose which of sixteen events reach which channel. Your client can subscribe to their own topic too, so they hear about updates without you writing a message.

  • Rich Discord embeds coloured with your accent, linking straight to the client page.
  • Phone pushes through ntfy — free, no account needed.
  • A per-event grid, so "client requested changes" can ping your phone while "file shared" stays quiet.
  • Everything also lands in an in-app inbox, whether or not the channels are on.

What it costs

Nothing. There is no paid tier.

No trial, no card, no feature held back, no "upgrade to unlock". There are limits, because everything is stored in your own browser and browsers cap that — so here they are, in the open.

Google, Discord and Roblox sign-in are active. Commission records and uploaded files still stay in this browser until database and cloud-file sync are connected, so keep a recent backup.

Straight answers.

Is BrickDocket really free?

Yes. There is no paid tier, trial timer or locked feature. The current build stores commission records in your browser, which keeps operating costs low and puts a clear limit on how much local data it can hold.

Which accounts can I use to sign in?

Google, Discord and Roblox sign-in are active through Supabase. BrickDocket does not use email passwords or send verification and password-reset emails. The first successful provider sign-in creates your workspace automatically.

Does signing in sync my commissions to another device?

Not yet. Sign-in confirms who you are, but commission records and uploaded files still live in the browser where you created them. Use Settings → Account & data to export a backup before clearing browser data or changing devices.

How do clients see their project?

Create a private link showing the sections you choose: scope, progress, tasks, prices, files, payment details and approvals. Clients do not need an account.

Current limitation: because project data is still local, a link opened on another device will not have the commission data until database and file sync are deployed.

Where do I change the theme?

Open Dashboard → Settings → Appearance. Themes are no longer a landing-page demo. Each one changes the dashboard and client pages, including typography, spacing, panels, borders, shadows and backgrounds. Clients can still choose light or dark mode for themselves.

Can clients pay with cryptocurrency?

You can add Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC and Solana wallet destinations. On USD commissions, BrickDocket loads a current Coinbase market rate and shows the amount of crypto due. Network fees are not included, so both sides should verify the final amount, address and network before sending.

Does it handle Robux?

Yes. A commission can be priced in USD or Robux, and those totals stay separate. BrickDocket does not invent a Robux-to-USD exchange rate or mix Robux into cryptocurrency calculations.

Can I hide information from a client?

Every client-facing section has a visibility control. Private notes never appear on client pages, and final files can remain locked until the recorded balance reaches zero.

Why can’t I type a separate total?

The total is calculated from priced tasks, extras and discounts. That keeps the quote, tracker and client view on the same arithmetic instead of allowing a typed total to drift away from the work.

Is BrickDocket affiliated with Roblox?

No. BrickDocket is independent software for the Roblox creator community. The studios, clients and projects shown in examples are fictional.
